Careers – Industrial/Distribution Superintendents

Gaillard Builders is seeking a seasoned Superintendent with hands-on experience managing large-scale industrial and distribution warehouse projects. If you’re someone who knows how to run efficient, high-volume job sites, coordinate teams, and deliver quality projects on time—we want you on our team. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage day-to-day field operations on industrial job sites 
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors 
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety, schedule, and quality standards 
  • Review plans and specifications to anticipate construction challenges 
  • Manage site logistics, including laydown, deliveries, and equipment 
  • Conduct daily jobsite meetings and maintain detailed field reports 
  • Communicate progress clearly with project managers and clients 
  • Ensure compliance with industrial standards and city codes 

Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years as a Superintendent on industrial or warehouse builds 
  • Proven ability to manage tilt-wall, concrete, and steel structure projects 
  • Deep understanding of sitework, MEP systems, and logistical planning 
  • OSHA 30 certification required 
  • Strong leadership, communication, and scheduling skills 
  • Experience using digital reporting tools (Procore, PlanGrid, etc.)
