We’re hiring a Superintendent with experience delivering high-quality retail and chain commercial projects. From restaurants and banks to tenant fit-outs and national rollouts, this role requires a detail-oriented leader who understands the fast pace and precision these projects demand. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee daily jobsite activities for ground-up and interior retail builds 
  • Coordinate trades and subcontractors to meet tight schedules 
  • Manage quality control and enforce jobsite safety practices 
  • Resolve conflicts and field issues quickly and efficiently 
  • Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites at all times 
  • Work closely with the client’s rep, architects, and inspectors 
  • Deliver projects on-time with minimal disruption to surrounding businesses 

Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of experience in retail or commercial chain construction 
  • Skilled in interior build-outs, storefronts, and national brand standards 
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills 
  • Highly organized with a strong focus on schedule and finish quality
